Appointments & Policies
At Salon Onaj, we are committed to being on time for our clients and appreciate the same in return. We also understand that life happens, so a courtesy call to update us on the delay is always appreciated, and as always, we’ll do our best to be most accommodating.
- Salon Onaj requires 24 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
- There will be a charge (50% fee of the cost of the service booked) for all missed and canceled appointments with less than 24 hours notice.
- Gift Cards in any denomination are always available for purchase. Giving one is the perfect way to introduce friends and family to Salon Onaj.
- Children Policy: Due To Safety Reasons And Liability Purposes, No Children Under The Age Of 10 May Accompany You While Services Are Being Performed. Children Are Only Permitted In The Salon While Having A Service. We Do Not Have Facilities For Childcare, and Cannot Assure Their Safety In This Professional Environment Where Chemicals And Heated Tools Are Being Used.
We Also Do Not Want To Compromise The Relaxation And Experience For Our Guests.
